My Endevour in Sewing
Today I am wearing my dress that I hemmed myself. This was my first attempt at hemming and although I thought the stitching itself was probably a little too tight for the jersey fabric, at least it was a straight hem. I'm thinking about altering it more and turning it into a paper-bag waist skirt, so next time I can tuck a jersey turtleneck or long sleeve shirt into it.
